Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church is now accepting registration forms for Religious Education. Classes start the week of Sept 11th. Please remember, we can not accept any registration forms without a copy of your child’s baptism certificate. If they were baptized at Saint John’s in Johnstown, please write ‘HERE’ on the form and we will have their record.
Fees:
Per child: $30
Per family (3 or more): $80

The following forms are for students who are 7 and older who would like to receive all their sacraments at once. Students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent every week. Please note, there are two pages to fill-out per student. Both English and Spanish forms are available. Currently, all classes are in English. Class schedules will be available soon.
